Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I truly value your time as much as my own. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you — and I often have clients waiting for openings. To respect both my schedule and other guests: ✨ Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. (This excludes extenuating circumstances. Sickness, etc. as I ask for your understanding should these things occur with myself) ✨ No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50%. This policy helps ensure that I can continue offering quality service and fair availability to all clients.
